All players enter and use the courts at their own risk.
Members and guests must comply with all club rules and staff instructions.
88th Pickleclub reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for inappropriate conduct.
2. Bookings & Court Time
Courts must be booked in advance where required.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your booking time to check in with staff.
A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive after this time, your court may be released to another group and no refund will be issued.
If you arrive late but within the grace period, you are still welcome to play. However, your session will end at the original scheduled time, and no additional time will be added.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time-please vacate promptly.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to time of booking.
Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to time of booking will lead to forfeiture of court reservation fee.
4. Maximum Players
A maximum of 4 players is permitted per hour.
Each additional person (5th and onwards) must pay entrance fee of PHP50.00
5. Respect & Conduct
We expect a high standard of sportsmanship at all times.
Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Be mindful of other players and maintain a positive club environment.
6. Equipment & Attire
Only proper pickleball equipment is permitted.
Non-marking athletic shoes must be worn on court.
88th Pickleclub is not liable for lost or stolen belongings.
7. Health & Safety
Players are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate.
Report any injuries, hazards, or damaged equipment immediately.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
8. Court Conditions
Outdoor courts may close due to weather or unsafe conditions.
Do not play on wet or damaged surfaces.
9. Care of Facilities
Please keep courts clean and dispose of rubbish properly.
Any damage to club property may result in charges or suspension.
10. Agreement to Terms
By entering and using 88th Pickleclub facilities, you agree to abide by these terms.
The club reserves the right to update policies at any time.
